We are a Turkish family who is passionate about food and traditional Turkish cooking, we also love the famous kebab and have searched all over Melbourne for a decent kebab and finally got sick and tired with same old and boring combination “Meat, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Garlic sauce”. Everywhere we went and we kept on hearing and seeing the humble kebab mentioned as a drunk persons snack and this whole kebab van mentality got to us too, so we said to ourselves we can do better than this. and we re-created the traditional Turkish kebab with a twist, come on down and see for yourselves, but be warned you will be back for more and will never forget... anytime is kebab thyme.
When we first started our operations in Glen Waverley in 2015, our restaurant only had 3 tables. By producing fresh, tasty meals, our brand name Kebab Thyme grew rapidly in the community thanks to our loyal customers, we then opened our rear dining area which seats 25 people.
While servicing the Monash suburbs, in 2020 we expanded our operations to the Eastern Metropolitan Melbourne by opening a bigger restaurant in Ferntree Gully.
We use all-natural produce and halal meats from TEK. We adapt to accommodate our guests demands, and grow our menus for their preferences and taste. Our staff is well-trained and experienced, they will take extra measures to insure our guests’ satisfaction.
